3. Why we name these marks

We name these examinations because we have to in order to describe honestly what the app prepares you for. Referring to another party's trademark to identify their goods or services accurately — without suggesting sponsorship or endorsement — is nominative fair use.

Where our content is organized against a published blueprint, that blueprint is the publicly available one issued by the relevant organization. Our lessons, questions, and explanations are written independently by Season One LLC.
