Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

Important — Please Read Before Using Our Services

Season One Healthcare is an innovative healthcare recruitment and opportunity-matching company. We are not a licensed employment agency, talent agency, staffing agency, or legal agent as defined under applicable state or federal law, including but not limited to Washington State's Employment Agency Law (RCW 19.31) or any equivalent statute in other states.

Our team researches, identifies, and presents employment and contract opportunities to Physician Assistants on their behalf as a value-added service. However, we do not act as your legal representative, do not have authority to enter into contracts or agreements on your behalf, and do not provide legal, financial, or career advice.

All final employment decisions, contract negotiations, offer acceptances, and binding agreements are made directly and solely between you and the hiring facility. Season One Healthcare is not a party to any employment agreement or contract between a PA and a facility.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Season One Healthcare website (seasononehealthcare.com), subscribing to our communications, or submitting any information through our forms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Services

Season One Healthcare provides the following services to Physician Assistants (PA-Cs) and PA students at no charge:

  • Research and identification of PA employment opportunities, including permanent positions, locum tenens contracts, and direct hire roles nationwide
  • Curated delivery of relevant opportunities based on your stated preferences and profile
  • Introduction and connection between qualified PA candidates and healthcare facilities with open positions
  • General market information related to PA compensation, practice settings, and opportunity availability

To healthcare facilities, Season One Healthcare provides candidate sourcing and introduction services for a placement fee paid by the facility upon successful hire. PAs never pay for these services.

Our services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or suitability of any opportunity presented, nor do we guarantee placement or employment.

3. Not a Licensed Agent — Important Clarification

Season One Healthcare operates as a healthcare recruitment and placement company. As part of this role, our team identifies qualified PA candidates, presents opportunities to both candidates and facilities, coordinates placement discussions, assists with the preparation and presentation of employment contracts and placement agreements between facilities and candidates, and may assist with credentialing documentation and verification. This language describes our operational function as a recruiter — it does not create a legal agency relationship, fiduciary duty, or power of attorney.

Specifically, Season One Healthcare:

  • Is a recruitment and placement company — not a licensed employment agency under RCW 19.31 (Washington State) or any equivalent state statute
  • Does not have legal authority to sign, execute, or bind contracts on behalf of either the PA or the facility
  • Does not provide legal representation or legal advice of any kind
  • Does not guarantee any specific outcome, offer, compensation, or placement
  • Is not a party to any employment agreement between a PA and a facility — we facilitate and present, we do not sign or execute
  • May assist with credentialing coordination and documentation as part of the placement process

Our placement fee is charged to the hiring facility upon successful placement of a candidate. PAs and PA students are never charged for our services. All final employment decisions, offer acceptances, and binding agreements are made directly between the PA and the facility.

If you require legal counsel in connection with any employment matter, you should consult a licensed attorney.

4. Eligibility

Our PA-facing services are available to:

  • Active, licensed Physician Assistants (PA-Cs) in the United States
  • PA students currently enrolled in an accredited PA program in the United States
  • Healthcare facilities and organizations seeking to hire qualified PA candidates

By using our Service, you represent that you meet the applicable eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to verify credentials and decline or remove users who do not meet these requirements.

5. Fees

For PAs and PA Students: Our services are provided at no cost. You will never be charged a fee for receiving opportunity information, being introduced to a facility, or any other aspect of our PA-facing service.

For Facilities: Healthcare facilities pay a one-time placement fee upon the successful hire of a candidate introduced by Season One Healthcare. This fee is agreed upon in a separate written agreement between Season One Healthcare and the facility prior to any candidate introduction. The facility fee does not affect or reduce any compensation offered to the hired PA.

6. User Conduct

By using our Service, you agree not to:

  • Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information about your credentials, licensure, or employment history
  • Use our Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent placement fees by engaging directly with a facility introduced by Season One Healthcare outside of our agreed process
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service
  • Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or extract data from our website

7. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate, current information regarding compensation ranges, facility types, and opportunity availability. However, all compensation figures, salary ranges, and market data presented on our website are general estimates based on publicly available data sources including BLS, AAPA Salary Reports, and MGMA benchmarks. These figures are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee or representation of any specific offer.

Actual compensation, benefits, and terms of any position are determined solely by the hiring facility and are subject to change. Season One Healthcare is not responsible for discrepancies between general market data and specific offers extended by facilities.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Season One Healthcare and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

  • Failure to secure employment or a contract through our Service
  • Any terms, conditions, or outcomes of employment agreed to between you and a facility
  • Inaccuracies in market compensation data or opportunity information
  • Interruption or unavailability of the Service

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed $100.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Season One Healthcare does not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • Any opportunity presented will result in an offer or placement
  • Information about any facility is complete, accurate, or current
  • Any compensation figure or range will be offered or available

Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal, financial, career, or professional advice. Consult appropriate licensed professionals for advice specific to your situation.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by unsubscribing from our communications and ceasing use of the website. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at [email protected].

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms or who we determine, in our sole discretion, is using the Service inappropriately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Washington State.
