Season One Healthcare ("Season One," "we," "us") operates seasononehealthcare.com, a content and community site for behavioral health: stories, a provider directory, and resources. This policy explains what information we collect through the site, why we collect it, and what choices you have.

We only collect what you choose to give us through the site's forms:

Newsletter signup — your email address, and your consent to receive occasional emails.
Contact form — your name, email, optional phone number, and your message.
List your practice — practice or provider name, credentials, specialty, location, and contact details.
Partner inquiries — company name, contact details, and the details of your message.
Unsubscribe requests — the email address you'd like removed from our lists.

We do not currently ask for or knowingly collect sensitive health information, Social Security numbers, or payment card details through this site.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to: respond to your message, publish or process the listing you submitted (provider or partnership inquiry), send the newsletter you signed up for, and improve the site. We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Sharing & third parties

We don't sell your personal information. Form submissions are processed through Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service that routes your submission to our inbox — it is a data processor acting on our behalf, not an independent recipient of your data for its own purposes. If you submit a "list your practice" form, the information you provide (e.g., practice name, specialty, contact details) is intended to be published publicly on the directory, since that's the purpose of the submission.

Cookies & analytics

The site may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic (e.g., which pages are visited) and does not use that data to build individual advertising profiles. We do not currently run third-party ad-retargeting pixels on this site.

Data retention

We keep form submissions and newsletter subscriptions for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose you submitted them — for example, until a listing is removed at your request, or until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete information you've submitted at any time (see "Your choices" below).

Your choices

Unsubscribe — use the link in any email, or visit our unsubscribe page, any time.
Update or remove a listing — email us and we'll update or take down a provider, job, or partner listing you submitted.
Request your data — email us and we'll tell you what we have on file and delete it on request, subject to any legitimate business or legal need to retain it.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you share with us, including transport encryption (HTTPS) on all form submissions. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site evolves. We'll update the "last updated" date above when we do. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
